Dear Ms. Daisy,

 

Sorry to write this message to you by personal email as something I talk here may bring you a surprise. DVL’s email domain is now controlled by Nic.

 

 

The problem happened above 2 months and Daisy: with an interligent and have much experience in business like you, I let you guess a part of story when I did not say out during 2 months. Now I will give you a whole story.

 

The problem begin with the deposit amount USD10,000 Nic required you to remit 2 months ago, Harry and I are not awared about this request Nic asked you, and are really surprised when know this and saw the messages that Nic pushed your side many times for remit and even found out his angry attitude in his message when he openned attached bank slip and found that : you remitted the pending SOA , not deposit . Working with Portnet for more than 2 years, we completely believe in Portnet agent and the ability to remit monthly from your side, so this will be a question for Harry and I as well as a question for you on this request, you may question at that time : What is problem about DVL’s finance at that time ?Even me, I also think that. Harry and I showed our disagree to him and then he said he will use this Portnet’s deposit for his own purpose and said if anything happen after that , it will be his own possibility and Portnet. Harry and I disagreed as deposit involved to DVL, not to any individual, then he said if Portnet did not remit deposit, he will also take DVL’s finance – a large amount. I find out the risk from him when trying to take the DVL’s finance and high conflict happened.

 

For your information, DVL is built from 3 shareholder : Nic : 40%, me : 40%, Harry : 20%,  I let Nic to be on legal paper as president- the highest position, me – Director and Harry as finance Director. As a shareholder company, the finance must be clear, not for individual purpose here, but Nic is the case for freely use company finance for his own purpose.

 

Just for your information, Worldwide link is owned by Nic’s friend, just only one person on legal paper in this company ( co., ltd  - one boss) and established since Auguest, 2009. It is not Nic on legal in this company.

 

I tell you that story , just a part of story, can not say everything here.

when Nic built consol box to you , you are in debt, so do not worry, but When you remit money, must remit to the company that issued Bill and send docs to you. For your information, for the SOA:   USD 21,702 from DVL , all clients come to DVL office to take refunds already. So any request from Nic on changing banking charge to other company or remit into personal account from this amount, that will be not accepted as regulation and you must reject,  remember dear Ms.Daisy ?  

I am now headache with him here with daily problem faced. Today, he tell me to check and remit all SOA for all agents in next week before he asked Portnet to remit to DVL, I find a big question here ??? why he want to hold the pending from Portnet and I can guess what he will do next. So, take note this point- Daisy, I want you remit on DVL’s account on next Monday as we are also lack of USD here to remit for agents.

 

 

Harry and I also establish new company, I will give company information to you soon. Always want to co-operate with your esteemed Pornet.
